What we do: I work with your team part-time to get one area of your business reporting and managing by numbers (finance operations, sales pipeline, or throughput and delivery).
How it works
- Week 1–2: Understand your business, define metrics and reporting rhythm.
- Week 3–10: Implement reporting, set operating cadence, work alongside your team through weekly rhythm.
- Week 11–12: Handover; your team runs it independently.
Time commitment: Part-time engagement, I work on my schedule to deliver outcomes.
Outcome: Clear KPIs, weekly reporting, and confidence to manage by numbers.

What we do: I operate as your part-time Operations & Finance Director—running finance operations, performance reporting, and operational management.

Payment Terms
- Focused Sprint: 25% upfront, 25% end of Week 2, 50% at Week 6.
